I'm not much a fan of decals, but H&R's BMW 1M does a good job of straddling the line between tasteful and stupid. It's also a perfect example of how to lower a car on wheels with big lips without descending into stancebroitude.
The text in the bottom right of this picture says,
2012 BMW 1M Coupe
equipped with H&R Sport Springs,
H&R Sport Sway Bars, H&R Trak+ Wheel Spacers
Now, the 1M has big ole fender flares compared to a regular 1-series, so it can get away with low-ish offset wheels and spacers without resorting to extreme camber and tire stretching. But it's almost shocking to see a modern tuned car with big lip rims, that also has tires that aren't stretched within an inch of their lives, and relatively normal ride height and camber.
It's downright refreshing , that's what it is.
If someone wants to come in here and say this car is stanced, but it's functional stance , shut up. That's a bunch of burned, replicated bird meat (go to 2:01, youtube embed with start time isn't working right).
